You do not need a referral from your GP.  Just book your appointment at a time that is convenient to you. Our appointments are staggered in order to re-enforce social distancing.

HOME VISIT

We are keen to extend our services to patients who do not want to or cannot  come to our clinics with the provision of home visits. Please call us to make arrangements. 
Please Note: Covid-19 vaccination status and lateral flow testing history will be provided on request.

CONSENT

Prior to carrying out our procedure ,we will invite you read and to complete the COVID19 screening ,medical history and consent forms sent to you by email and submit them electronically if possible. Otherwise ,the forms must be completed at the practice before your appointment .We are happy to explain things to you including the pros and cons of your treatment.
